DFW offers two areas for lost and found items depending upon where your item was left.
Advice for Travelers:
DFW’s Lost and Found does not charge to file a lost property report. Please be aware that there has been an increase in unverified third-party websites charging travelers a fee to retrieve a lost item(s). When filing a report, please only call the number provided on this site or file the report in person at one of the two locations.
Due to the recent decreases in passenger traffic, the Lost and Found office located in the Terminal E baggage claim near E4 will reduce their hours of operation effective April 1 - September 30, 2021.
New hours of operation are below: Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Closed Saturdays and Sundays Closed Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day
